PlastikDetox Bali Volunteer Workshop Session

Event Description

Our Co-founder and Secretary-General Puspita Insan Kamil was invited by PlastikDetox Bali to share her very own experience and strategy in managing various non-profit projects to enthusiastic young volunteers of PlastikDetox Bali. The material shared titled "Project Management 101", showcasing how she manages to do multiple projects at one, juggling with administration, logistic, and people management using the science of cognitive psychology.

Attended by 18 volunteers and two managers of PlastikDetox, this session sparked interesting questions from the volunteers on how dealing with their own challenges in managing projects. We hope that this session will leave a long-lasting impact on establishing the mindset of a project manager to all volunteers.
